Our website is a binding quote from the time of payment only. Because of the nature of the business, prices, product information and availability are subject to change without notice and at the time of order. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If the price has to be adjusted before shipping we will give you the option of canceling the order or if you if you agree to the price difference, we will ship the product right away.
Anticipated delivery dates are based upon postage delivery. Please read that specific section.
Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.
Images relating to the threads, ribbons and yarns on the web site are representative of the standard of goods able to be produced from the base products we use. We provide no warranty or guarantee that the items you purchase will be identical in colour of those in the images we provide.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability:
Our products come with guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if returned on the day purchased and any fault identified by us as being a product issue.
Any products supplied by Cascade House Embroidery and manufactured by third parties are entitled to warranty claims as below. The Customer must pay return to store costs in full.

Title Risk of Loss:
Title to items being purchased passes from Cascade House Embroidery to the purchaser at the time of shipping. Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. Cascade House Embroidery will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Cascade House shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo, or other acts or events nothing within the reasonable control of Cascade House Embroidery.

International Orders … (Retail & Wholesale)
All Orders are Shipped by Australia Post (AustPost) Express Post with delivery normally in 8 to 12 days – often sooner (but in some countries the postal service may take longer – up to 20 days)
Customs or Import Duty fees may apply to some imports in some countries – these are not covered by Cascade House.

Cascade House Embroidery policies are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ship all orders as rapidly and accurately as possible. However Cascade House Embroidery is not liable for late or delayed shipments or system failures. Title to items being purchased passes Cascade House Embroidery to purchaser at the time of shipping.
Credit Cards:
All credit card transactions are automatically charged via our payment gateway/card processor Stripe at time of order. We regret that charging your credit card at shipping time is currently not possible.
Cascade House Embroidery does not collect or store any identifiable card information during the purchase process on our online database or locally on any computer.
While no internet data exchange can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we use a secure eCommerce payment gateway. All Credit Card payments for products through our online ordering system are conducted through Stripe but use of this system is at the users own risk. Customers should read the gateway terms and conditions before purchasing our products.
Electronic Bank Transfer:
Payment by electronic bank transfers allow you to send payment directly to our account. Upon placement of your order you will receive our banking details. There will be some delay as we will have to wait for you to manually transfer your payment to us. Bank transfers normally take around 1-3 working days to become visible in our bank account. Once your payment has been cleared we will then pack and post your order the following day.
Shipping:
We ustilise the services of Australia Post and the terms and conditions of delivery that apply can be found on the website (http://auspost.com.au/terms-conditions.html)
Prices of the shipping of our products is calculated at the time of purchase utilising current Australia Post Express Post pricing and is calculated on a flat rate basis within Australia. International rates are applied on a per Country delivery address provided by you on the web site.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to pack and post your Products to you within 2 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, however, we do not guarantee that AustPost will deliver within their stated terms. Should any delay occur you will be contacted at the details you provided when you registered on this site.
All goods collected or received must be checked immediately on receipt. Any damage, faults, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing to Cascade House within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing a carrierʼs delivery note “unchecked” does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition. Cascade House Embroidery will not replace or refund any items that have been reported damaged after this period.
